Scoobiyou is a marketplace. Every product you order is sold by a local store, and we deliver it. We do not hold stock, so a return goes back to the store the item came from, not to Scoobiyou.
Who to contact.
For a return, contact the store the item came from. The store's name is on your order page. If you would rather go through us, use the contact page with your order reference and we take it up with the store.
Damaged or wrong on arrival.
If something arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact us. We sort it out with the store. Say what is wrong and give your order reference; the Report a problem page says what to send.
